Virginia and Louisiana. I can only see clients who are physically located in one of these states at the time of our session.
Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form and I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
This practice is called Daehwa (대화) — the Korean word for dialogue — because I believe real change happens through honest conversation, not a fixed script. Shaped by eight years living in South Korea, I draw from a range of approaches (CBT, CPT, REBT, Motivational Interviewing, and more) to fit what you actually need, delivered in a style that's casual, professional, and genuinely in your corner.
I typically see children starting around age 5, once they're able to engage in a structured conversation and stay reasonably focused during a session. Every child develops differently, so if you're unsure whether it's the right fit, feel free to reach out and we can talk it through.
